I noticed a big change in my health in just 6 months. I am grateful to trust my health to this team.
Throughout my life I have battled with multiple illnesses and diseases. As a Veteran, I've had adequate care over the years using the VA Health Care System, but now with Total Holistic Center, I have found that a good portion of my life has been restored.
I have practiced what Dr. Temer is preaching for about a year now and it has helped me cleanse my body from pain medication. Up until finding Total Holistic Center I did not think this was possible. Thank You!
The fear of not knowing who to trust in regards to my medication led me to Total Holistic Center. Medical Marijuana was of particular concern, as I did not want to feel high, I just wanted to be normal. Dr. Temer was very thorough in laying all of my concerns to rest. So glad to have found such a caring doctor.
Before I found Total Holistic Center, I was very dependent on narcotics for managing my illnesses. After seeing Dr. Anya, armed with a Holistic approach, I am sleeping much better and am able to do things I could not do before - like taking a bike ride to the beach! I am so much happier now. My life is better than I ever could have imagined.

I didn't know what to expect, all I had to go by was word of mouth. I was advised that Dr. Temer is incredibly attentive, has great bedside manner, and is very knowledgeable. I was happy to learn that all of these characteristics were true. Within the first 5 minutes, I knew that I had made the right choice by going to Dr. Temer. She is incredibly invested into the healing of her patients! I felt as though she was speaking to the healing of my body as well as mind, and showed me that there is always time to improve a lifetime of negative habits. We have a plan to heal me and I am blessed to have found a doctor who shows this much compassion in a patient's well being. Further, I was incredibly impressed by her wealth of knowledge and breaking down the information on medical marijuana in a way that I can understand. I know that the way she has helped me, she will help anyone with the most challenging health conditions and concerns. My one regret is that I wish that I found her sooner!
